The Philadelphia Eagles have won three of their last four games and fans are already thinking about making postseason plans.

No Jalen Hurts proved to be no problem for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday going up against the New York Jets. Backup quarterback Gardner Minshew stepped in and put on a show in the win on Sunday. Now, the Eagles are 6-7 on the year.

While Philly started off the season a bit sluggish, they’ve now come out on top of three of its last four games. With the Eagles in the NFC Wild Card hunt, their next four games will be pivotal. And to make things even more interesting, it’s all coming up against division foes.

The Eagles very well could end up making the postseason

Following a bye next week, the Eagles will return to the field on Dec. 19 to take on the Washington Football team. After that, they’ll then take on the Giants, Washington again and then close out the campaign on Jan. 9 going up against the Dallas Cowboys.

That contest with Dallas of course is going to be incredibly intriguing, as a trip to the playoffs very well could end up being on the line. What’s been great to see for Philadelphia has been the improvements on both sides of the ball.

On top of that, look how well Minshew played on Sunday too. This just goes to show how important a solid No. 2 backup is, as Minshew tossed for 242 yards and two touchdowns. Everyone saw how badly Mike Glennon played for the Giants with Daniel Jones out. Again, Minshew made a huge difference.

If Hurts does need to miss more time, the Eagles will have plenty of confidence in Minshew. For the team as a whole, they’re riding high and they’ll look to keep things rocking to close out the season.
