Junior Eurovision 2021 on TV
Junior Eurovision 2021 is, first and foremost, a TV contest organised by television broadcasters, specifically public service media outlets who are members or associate members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). All participating countries are required to broadcast the live show. Iceland’s RUV will also air the final, albeit delayed, despite not having sent a representative.
There are 19 broadcasters participating in Paris. They are:

Many of these are multi-network organisations, so fans should consult their local listing to check which channel they should tune into.
Also, while Junior Eurovision goes live at 16:00 CET, some participating broadcasters may choose to show deferred coverage in prime time. Note the start time is one hour earlier than in 2020.

Junior Eurovision 2021 Live Steam on YouTube
The easiest way to watch JESC is the YouTube live stream. The official Junior Eurovision channel will broadcast the same feed as TV networks, but without commentary. The link has already gone live. And there is a facility to set a reminder, so you definitely won’t forget to switch on! The stream will remain available to watch after the broadcast has ended.
This year, it appears that there will be no geographic restrictions on the stream, meaning North Americans should be able to watch unhindered
Junior Eurovision 2021 on TV On-Demand Players
Most participating broadcasters will simulcast the contest on their online players. Some don’t place geo-blocks on their content. The main drawbacks are that you may have to listen to commentary in a language you don’t understand, and some trial and error may be involved before you find a player without geographic restrictions.

Typically, these broadcasts will remain available on-demand for a period of time afterwards. The exact time period will vary depending on the network.
