Jon Stewart is every New York Giants fan watching the team, as evidenced by his reaction during the ManningCast on Monday.

New York Giants fans have not had a fun time watching football games ever after their Super Bowl 46 win nearly 10 years ago. This season, the Giants are 2-5 on the season and well behind the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East. On Monday night, the team went on the road to face Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs but against their porous defense.

Comedian Jon Stewart was a guest on the Week 8 edition of the ManningCast, and he entered the broadcast immediately after the quarterback Daniel Jones threw an interception to linebacker Willie Gay, one play after Mahomes was picked off in the end zone.

To say Stewart looked absolutely miserable is an understatement.

Jon Stewart’s experience watching the Giants on the ManningCast

Jon Stewart is every Giants fan. Every Giants fan is Jon Stewart.

During his appearance, Stewart was peppering Eli Manning with questions about the Giants. Like why is the offensive line bad? And why do the Giants keep calling RPO’s? Oh, and there was this clip where Stewart critiqued the Giants on throwing a screen pass to running back Devontae Booker on third-and-10, only to gain six yards.

Eli was a bit uncomfortable fielding those questions, since he is employed by the Giants to a business operations and fan management role. Hence why Eli said in the above video that Stewart was “putting him in a very difficult position.

But, Stewart pulled a George Constanza and left on a high-note after Jones hit tight end Kyle Rudolph in the end zone for the game-tying touchdown. Stewart even showed off his dance moves after the score.

We have one request — bring Jon Stewart onto every Giants broadcast to give his thoughts on the team live.
