AL Rookie of the Year: Did Red Sox get robbed?
Odell Beckham Jr. is set to make his Los Angeles Rams debut on Monday Night Football and the first look at him in full uniform is something to behold.
In addition to winning a lot of football games, the Los Angeles Rams have been in the business of making splashy moves over the past few weeks. And on Monday Night Football against the division-rival 49ers, those moves will finally take shape on the field as Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr. are set to make their debuts.
Miller is returning from a stint on the sidelines due to injury after being traded from the Broncos. Beckham, meanwhile, signed with Los Angeles this past week after his release from the Browns and will suit up, just in time for the Rams too after wide receiver Robert Woods suffered a torn ACL.
With much anticipation for the debut of both players, though, seeing Odell Beckham Jr. in the full Rams uniform readying for his debut was simultaneously jarring and awesome.
Odell Beckham Jr. on Rams offers WR a huge opportunity
It’s no secret at this point that OBJ’s tenure in Cleveland went quite poorly. Regardless of the reasons as to why that was the case, the arrival in Los Angeles gives him a chance to redeem his career.
Stars have undoubtedly aligned for that to happen, as well.
Woods’ injury is unfortunate but opens up plenty of touches that Beckham could feasibly step in and garner. Moreover, Rams head coach Sean McVay has been gushing over the veteran pass-catcher for some time and it should be fun to see how the offensive mastermind utilizes his new weapon.
