The countdown to New Year’s Eve, 2022 really began back on January 1, but there’s still time to make plans for the most promising event of the season!
Time Out Market New York in Dumbo, Brooklyn has two levels of fun this December 31. For $100, you’ll gain access to the market’s sprawling first floor starting at 9pm, where you’ll have a $75 event card to spend on a tasting adventure at highly regarded Eateries and three bars. You’ll also hear DJ sets, live swing band bops and toast under a balloon drop with a little something sparkling in hand at midnight. DJ Dannymane will be spinning from 9pm–10:30pm and Drew Nugent and the Midnight Society will be on from 10:30pm–12:30pm.
A $150 VIP ticket gets you unfettered access to everything the market has to offer, a $100 event card and exclusive 9pm entry to Time Out Market’s beautiful terrace and its incredible views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan across the glittering, moonlit East River. The Rooftop has even more vendors, including Fornino pizza, Tiki Chick and the famous Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors. DJ BSTN will set the mood up here from 9pm–10:30pm, and the live Latin Jazz band Maria Raquel & Afrazz goes on at 10:30pm. Meanwhile, Magician Benjamin Mei will peform from 9pm–11pm. The Rooftop’s midnight toast lets you ring in the new year with an individually-sized bottle of bubbly right as we roll into 2022.
