The joint venture (JV) between PAE and Perini Management Services (PAE-Perini) has secured a new task order from the United States Air Force (USAF).
JV will provide installation support and maintenance services to the 724th Expeditionary Air Force Base Squadron in Agadez, Niger, under an order of $ 36.8 million.
The scope of work includes providing civil engineering support, including operation, maintenance and repair services, and compulsory support services to mission partners and personnel until September 2026.
Task orders were awarded under Air Force Contract Enhancement Program V (AFCAP V) contract vehicles.
Charlie Peiffer, interim president and CEO of PAE, said the latest award is based on previous PAE-Perini support services for important Air Force initiatives around the world.
Peiffer added: “PAE-Perini has provided the Air Force with reliable engineering and logistics solutions since AFCAPIV. We are proud to continue to support their mission with this task order in Niger.”
The 7-year AFCAPV Lifetime Delivery / Lifetime (IDIQ) order prepares the United States to respond quickly to urgent mission requirements around the world.
Headquartered in Virginia, PAE focuses on providing a wide range of operational support services. It employs approximately 20,000 people and has offices in nearly 60 countries.
Perini Management Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini, specializing in design-build construction for US federal agencies.
The joint venture is leveraging PAE’s global emergency response expertise and Perini’s construction capabilities.
