Taapsee previously collaborated with Anubhav Sinha in ‘Thappad.’ Dia Mirza, Neena Gupta, and Pavail Gulati also played important roles in the film. The film was well received by both the audience and the critics.
In the meantime, Taapsee recently completed filming for ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan?’ Pratik Gandhi plays the lead role in the film as well. Taapsee will play a feisty cop in the Arshad Syed-directed film, while Pratik will play a young newlywed groom whose wife has gone missing.
She has also appeared in films such as Anurag Kashyap’s Dobaaraa, Shabhash Mithu, Blurr, and others. She’s also said to be in Rajkumar Hirani’s immigration drama with Shah Rukh Khan. However, no official confirmation has been provided.
