How to use the Garmin Pregnancy Tracking App
To start tracking your pregnancy, open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and follow the steps below. You must complete the setup before you can use the app on your smartwatch. Setting up with the Garmin Connect app Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone. Tap the menu in the upper left corner and scroll down to Health Statistics. Tap Health Statistics to open the drop-down menu, then tap Menstrual Cycle.
If you haven’t used the menstrual cycle feature yet, follow the onscreen instructions to set it. First, you will be asked to select a cycle type. Please select a pregnancy. If you’re already using Garmin’s menstrual cycle feature, tap the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner, then tap Settings. From here, you can change the cycle type to Pregnancy and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
When you start recording your pregnancy, it will appear under your menstrual cycle in the Health Statistics menu. Pregnancy tracking on the Garmin smartwatch If your Garmin watch has already received your menstrual cycle details from the Garmin Connect app, it will automatically start displaying the latest pregnancy information. However, there are a few more steps you need to take to track symptoms and other indicators from your device. Open the Garmin Connect IQ app on your paired smartphone. Tap the search icon, then search for pregnancy tracking. Tap the Pregnancy Tracking app, then tap Install. Install the app to record symptoms and other data directly from your wrist.
