UFC Vegas 47: Jack Hermansson vs. Sean Strickland live results and highlights.

A UFC middleweight matchup between top contenders Jack Hermansson and Sean Strickland takes center stage at UFC Vegas 47.

Hermansson is looking to earn a potential title shot next with an impressive performance against Strickland. He’s coming off of arguably the most dominant performance of his UFC tenure against Edmen Shahbazyan.

Strickland has been on a roll since moving from welterweight to middleweight, having won five-straight at 185 pounds. He most recently won his first taste of a UFC main event against Uriah Hall last year.

UFC rookies such as Chidi Njokuani, Tresean Gore, and Jailton Almedia will make their promotional debuts on the card. Gore will also face The Ultimate Fighter winner Bryan Battle with unfinished business on his mind.

The UFC Vegas 47 co-main event also features a fascinating style matchup between rising middleweight prospects Nick Maximov and Punahele Soriano. The winner could move one step closer to a spot in the middleweight rankings.
