The Rams made the biggest splash of the trade deadline as they acquired Von Miller and fans have been anxiously awaiting his debut in Los Angeles.

It’s been a couple of weeks of the Los Angeles Rams making splashes. Most recently, the franchise signed wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. after his release from Cleveland. And the mercurial pass-catcher will make his debut on Monday Night Football against the 49ers. The Rams, however, are waiting for another big debut: Von Miller.

At the trade deadline, LA general manager Les Snead made another huge all-in type move as he pulled off a trade with the Broncos to land the future Hall-of-Fame pass rusher. Unfortunately, Miller was dealing with an injury at the time of a deal and didn’t play for the Rams in the team’s first game since the move.

So what about Monday Night Football against the 49ers?

Will Von Miller play for Rams against 49ers on Monday Night Football?

While there isn’t an official word yet, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported that Von Miller is set to make his debut on Monday night.

Per source Von Miller is indeed good to go tonight for the Rams.

This couldn’t come at a better time for the Rams, it should be said.

Despite looking like an NFC contender for much of the year, Los Angeles is coming off a primetime game last week in which they were blasted by the Titans in a poor showing by Sean McVay’s team. Getting a shot in the arm from Miller could provide a massive boost, even if he’s not yet playing a full load of snaps.

The same could be said of another newcomer, OBJ, who will also make his debut against the Niners.
