5 bold predictions for Bears against Raiders

With a chance to climb above the .500 mark, the Chicago Bears head to Sin City to clash with the explosive Las Vegas Raiders.

Perhaps it is only fitting that Matt Nagy’s team has split its first four games this season. In his first season with the Chicago Bears in 2018, the club won the NFC North with an impressive 12-4 record.

The club comes off a 24-14 win over the Lions at Soldier Field. Now the Bears hit the road for the third time in five weeks to take on the Raiders. The teams are meeting for the fourth time since 2011 in a fourth different city (Oakland, Chicago, London and Las Vegas).

5. Damien Williams scores rushing and receiving TD

He was one of the unsung heroes of the Kansas City Chiefs’ 31-20 Super Bowl LIV win over the San Francisco 49ers. Now he may be called on to carry the load for the Bears’ running game for a few weeks.

He’s now a member of Matt Nagy’s team. With David Montgomery expected to miss a few weeks with a sprained knee (via ESPN’s Dan Graziano), he figures to play a bigger role this week and is very familiar with Jon Gruden’s Raiders. As was the case on Super Sunday, he could find the end zone as a runner and receiver.
