5 bold predictions for Broncos against Ravens

The Denver Broncos continue to be the biggest surprise of the 2021 NFL season.

That comes in Week 4, as they conclude their two-game home stand against the Baltimore Ravens. This will not be an easy matchup for the Broncos and could very well be their first loss of the season.

Here are five bold predictions for the game.

5. Noah Fant capitalizes on favorable Ravens matchup

The Broncos have one advantage against the Ravens entering Week 4, and it comes at the tight end position. Noah Fant could be in for a huge day.

Baltimore have struggled against opposing tight ends so far this season. The lone anomaly was T.J. Hockenson of the Detroit Lions, who was limited to two catches for 10 yards on two targets. In Week 1, Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller caught 10 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown on 19 targets from quarterback Derek Carr. The following week, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs recorded seven receptions for 109 yards and one touchdown on eight targets.

With the Broncos’ woes at the wide receiver position (we’ll get to that later), Fant could very well receive a healthy dose of targets from Teddy Bridgewater. Given the success that Waller and Kelce had against the Ravens, it is entirely possible that Fant records a touchdown on Sunday.
