The New Orleans Saints will play in primetime on Thanksgiving against the Buffalo Bills, hoping to bring an end to their losing streak.

Things are not looking good for the New Orleans Saints. With the NFC completely wide open, the Saints could ill-afford to lose winnable games like this past weekend against the Philadelphia Eagles. Yet, they did, as the Eagles trounced the Saints 40-29 after entering halftime with a 27-7 lead.

With this loss still looming large, the Saints will have to put it behind them quickly, as they are one of six teams slated to play on Thanksgiving. Their opponents? The Buffalo Bills, who were singlehandedly defeated by Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor this past Sunday. Can the Saints manage to pull off the upset against the Bills?

Here are five bold predictions for the Saints against the Bills.

5. Taysom Hill scores a contract extension and a touchdown in same week

The Saints gave the NFL some contract news this week. On Monday, reports indicated that New Orleans signed quarterback/running back/tight end Taysom Hill to a four-year contract extension, where he could earn anywhere from $40 million to $95 million.

With Hill locked in for the foreseeable future, it is quite possible he can bring some positive momentum into Thanksgiving.

Hill, surprisingly, did not log a single snap in Philadelphia against the Eagles. That could very well change this Thursday since it is unknown if the Saints will be without running backs Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram due to injuries. If that is the case, we like Hill’s odds of getting in the end zone at the expense of the Bills.
