5 bold predictions for Saints against Giants

The New Orleans Saints had a disastrous second week in the 2021 NFL season, as they were limited to just 128-yards of total offense against the rival Carolina Panthers.

Now, the Saints will officially host their home opener this upcoming Sunday. New Orleans has the opportunity to earn their third win of the season, as they face off against a winless and undisciplined New York Giants team.

Here are five bold predictions for the big game.

5. Saints crowd flusters the Giants

The Saints have yet to play at the Caesar’s Superdome due to the impact Hurricane Ida had on the New Orleans area.

Now, the governor of Louisiana and the mayor of New Orleans gave approval for the Saints to return to the Superdome this Sunday for their official home opener.

The Superdome is notorious for how loud it can get inside. Back in the NFC Championship Game against the Los Angeles Rams in 2019, Saints fans were so loud that pieces of the ceiling began falling down! Considering this is the first home game of the season, you can expect plenty of fans in attendance to make some noise to help fluster the Giants.

The Giants may have to use some timeouts at unwanted times due to quarterback Daniel Jones not being able to hear the play-call in his helmet. It very well could happen.
