Tom Brady revealed on the “Let’s Go!” podcast if he might consider making a return to the NFL.
After 22 years, Tom Brady officially announced that he was retiring from the NFL. An ESPN report indicated that that was Brady’s plan, but after the some pushback, the quarterback released a lengthy statement that he was done playing. It will certainly be weird not seeing Brady start under the center, so would he ever return.
On the latest episode of the “Let’s Go!” podcast, Jim Gray asked Brady if he were to ever consider coming out of retirement to make another run in the NFL. Brady replied that “you never say never,” but did say that he feels good about his decision to retire.
On the podcast, @JimGrayOfficial asks Brady if he might change his mind once football season rolls around. “I’m just going to take things as they come. You never say never. At the same time, I feel very good about my decision.” #Bucs

Tom Brady says ‘never say never’ about coming out of retirement
If this is truly it, Brady did go out on top. Sure he did not get the chance to win his eight Super Bowl title, but he played at an NFL MVP level throughout the year.
Brady led the league with 485 completions, 5,316 yards, 43 touchdowns and a 312.7 yards-per-game average. Ultimately, his last game featured a traditional Brady comeback. After trailing the Los Angeles Rams 27-3, Brady capitalized off the NFC West team’s constant second-half mistakes to tie things up with under a minute remaining. Unfortunately for Brady and the Bucs, Matthew Stafford connected with Cooper Kupp on a huge pass to set up Matt Gay’s game-winning field goal.
As mentioned earlier, an ESPN report dropped a week after the game that Brady was expected to announce retirement. That report was refuted by Brady’s camp, but the quarterback made it official on an Instagram post days later.
He retires with seven Super Bowl rings, five Super Bowl MVP awards and three NFL MVP awards during his time with the New England Patriots and Buccaneers.
Even though you can never say never, Brady did just announce his retirement from the NFL. So maybe wait a year before wondering if he will return.
