After the Cowboys offense took a bit to wake up, Michael Gallup capped off a beautiful drive with a TD that even Randy Moss had to show love to.
Michael Gallup hasn’t been back in the Dallas Cowboys lineup but for a few weeks after missing almost half of the season with an injury. And it’s been clear that the third man in the vaunted wide receiver trio has been working his way back into form.
On Thursday Night Football against the Saints in Week 13, it certainly seemed as if Gallup was getting back to his usual self.
After his fellow wideout start, Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb, help put the Cowboys on the Saints’ 1-yard line, Dak Prescott looked to Gallup for a goal-line fade to try and get the six points. The pass-catcher not only rose up over his defender, but then made sure to get the toe-tap inbounds for the touchdown.

Gallup certainly “Mossed” the Saints defensive back on that score, so much so that Randy Moss himself had to shout it out on Twitter.
Whenever Moss shouts you out for Mossing someone, you’re probably doing it right.
That touchdown from Gallup was huge, as was the entire drive for the Cowboys. Their offense sputtered out of the gate in New Orleans but found some mojo that the toe-tap score punctuated beautifully. Unfortunately, the defense gave the points right back as the Saints scored to tie it up on the next drive.
